News Skandia Elevator interviewed in a film about “Internet of Things”
Skandia Elevator is featured in an adnews film from Berotech, which is published on Ny Teknik’s (New Technology’s) website. The film is about why Sweden as a country must take advantage of the possibilities of Internet of Things * (IoT). Among others, Swedish Minister of Trade Mikael Damberg talks about the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises to develop their business with the help of IoT. Skandia Elevators CEO Joakim Larsson is in the film to talk about our new app Grain Cloud that is an example of this. Watch the film below.
* The Internet of Things market is expected to trade $ 7.1 billion year 2020. However, according to a recent survey with Swedish suppliers in industry, 72 per cent have little or no knowledge of what IoT is.
** Grain Cloud is an app that quickly and easily gives an overview of all processes and devices in a facility. It makes the harvest season more efficient and less stressful because it keeps track of and calculates drying and transport times, while warning if something stays up.
