News Training Day
On May 3, Skandia Elevator had a training day dedicated to open dialogues across all departments about our vision and values. With many joining us during the pandemic, this was an opportunity to get to know both new and current colleagues. Inspirational speaker Aron Andersson joined us to talk about his journey and self-leadership. We also had a Lego exercise to learn about the importance of communication. During the jersey ceremony, each department got up on stage to receive their match jerseys – we all belong to team Skandia Elevator!
